Montluçon, France, 2nd - 6th March 2015
The 5th SETVE meeting took place in Montluçon, France. 21 persons participates to it (6 from Hungary, 8 from Turkey and 7 from France.) The main point of the meeting was a workshop about Food Trucks, in which the participants developed their creativity, team work and entrepreneurship. They took part to the following activities:
· Update on practice firms trade tools
· Visit of MuPop, Museum of popular musics — Questions / Answers session
· Food Truck workshop in mixed teams : Elaboration of a food truck company, defining product and marketing strategy. Cooking the products. Election of the best food truck.
· Visit of the thermal city of Néris-Les-Bains

Békéscsaba, Hungary, 13th-16th October 2014
The 4th project meeting to place in Hungary in October 2014.
This meeting was shorter with only two days.
The first day was dedicated to the visit Budapest. More than a simple touristic visit it was part of the pedagogical and practice firms programme, as it was The Flyers (Hungarian practice firm) who shew us the city and told us its history.
The second day was dedicated to the practice firms activities.
In the morning while some students and project coordinators were answering to journalists, Magyar Marton, professional of the tourism sector, presented the tourism product development and the concept of animation in the field of tourism in Hungary.
Its presention ended with some animation games, which in the same time allowed non verbal and verbal communication among the participants.
In the second part of the morning, the project coordinators met to discuss the project while the participants had an activity about product development. In international team hey had to prepare a prototype for the Invention Office. The materials and tools that they could use to prepare the container for carrying and transporting eggs were : papernapkin, Handkerchief, String, Balloon, Straw, Raw egg, Cardboard, Liquid glue, Sellotape and Scissors.
You will have 60 minutes to prepare the prototype. Then a committee will evaluate the products and only the winner product will get the patent rights. You are also required to choose a brand name and indicate it on the container. The prototype had to be aesthetic and the egg had to be protected from breaking if dropped from one floor height. After one hour the prototype and the brand name were presented to the committee and were tested within real circumstances to see if it met the requirements.
Before lunch at Météres (The Flyers' mentor company) the group stopped at the city theater and met with the team. The team is working on a new play about the Orient Express and took the advantage of having young people from Turkey, France and Hungary to gain some pieces of information to support them in the writting of the play.
The group could have a short look at a play rehearsal.
In the afternoon the participants presentation their communication work done on their practice firms (short video, placard, visit card, etc. )
For the end of the day the group went to Gyula to visit a chocolate factory.
Before the dinner certificates were delivered to the participants.

Montluçon, France, 23-27 June 2014
The 3rd meeting of SETVE took place in Montluçon, from Tuesday
24 to Thursday 26 of June with 20 European participants from Hungary
(8), Turkey (8) and France (4). This meeting aimed to present France and the
region of Auvergne with aspects related to tourism and entrepreneurship. It was
the occasion for the partners to visit Montluçon, the surrounding cities and
have a taste of local food.
The first day, on the 24th of June we drove all together to Vichy. During the morning, we had a meeting at the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moulins - Vichy. To begin with the President Mr Chavarochette made a presentation about the activities of the chamber, more particularly on the vocational training in catering and hospitality activities they have put in place and entrepreneurship. The participants found the presentation informative and interesting; they asked questions about the French system concerning the certifications, which allowed us to make some comparisons with Hungary and Turkey. Then we visited a special classroom dedicated to training in wine waiting – “sommellerie”, the participants had some explanations on the methods of wine tasting and the learning material. Afterwards, we gathered to play a game so as get to know each other a little more. Indeed it was the first day of the meeting, and some of the participants (students and staff) didn’t take part to the previous meetings, thus we didn’t know all each other. Then we were ready to go for lunch at “the Lutèce” in the heart of Vichy. In the Afternoon, we made a tour of the historical city reputed for its thermal structures and had a taste of Vichy source water. Later on the participants had free time in the city.
The second day, on the 25th of June, we stayed in Montluçon for the workshops. During the morning, in the Aformac office we started by playing a game; the “Human Bingo” to create contact (everyone asks questions found on the sheet of paper). Then the workshop started by the presentation of each practice firm by the participants: “Flyers” for the Hungarian team, “Mela Tourism” for the Turkish team and finally “Le Gîte Gourmand” for the French team. The students presented their work on the practice firms since the last meeting in Hungary (website, facebook, PPT presentation, management, etc.) Later, Estelle Deilhou (AFORMAC) made a presentation on the social and solidary economy in France and we ended the workshop by exchanging on the creation of the website of the project. After lunch, the teachers continued the coordination meeting in Aformac and the students went to the medieval city center of Montluçon to visit the “MuPop”, a modern museum dedicated to music.
The coordination meeting dealt with the project evaluation, the trade, the next dates and the tasks sharing.
The last day, on the 26th of June we went to visit the city of Clermont-Ferrand and had lunch in the parc. The visit was made by two French students, it was the occasion to visit the historical parts of the city, such as the Cathedral “Notre-Dame –de l’Assomption. In the afternoon, we went up by train to the famous area “Puy de Dôme” and enjoyed a walk with the panorama of the mountains which used to be volcanoes and visited the Temple of Mercury museum. In the evening we were back in Montluçon for the farewell dinner at Ducs de Bourbon restaurant where participants received a certificate from Aformac.
The touristic visits are part of the program as written in the application of SETVE. The aim is to analyse touristic sites and to get to know the partner regions and cultures in order to have efficient practice firms.

Békéscsaba, Hungary, 5-9 March 2014
The second meeting took place in Békéscsaba, in south-east Hungary.
The first day began with a visit of Zwack Jozsef School. Then each group student presented their Practice firm and their mentor company. After lunch the coordinators worked on the project management while the students elaborated in mixed groups the logo of the project.
The next day the Hungarian students organised a treasure hunt in Békéscsaba the did in international groups. In the meantime the coordinator visited the main monument of the cities and were welcomed in the town hall.
The project coordinator elected the logo of SETVE.
The afternoon was dedicated to the visit of Gyula town and its spa resort.
The last day was the catering day at the school. Competitions in different fields were organised : cooking, service, table dressing, confectionery, cocktail making, etc. The SETVE participants took part to it by participating to a cooking contest and presented the gastronomy of their regions.
The stay ended with a farwell dinner at the school. The results of the treasure hunt were given and pictures were presented.

Trabzon, Turkey, 9-13 December 2013
The first SETVE meeting took place in Trabzon, Turkey, from 9th to 13th December 2013.
The first day the participants got to know each other. The students presented their school / organisation and their regions, including the main touristic points.
TARGED presented the concept of practice firms and how to apply it in the SETVE project.
The project coordinators met to plan the next stage of the project.
The afternoon the participants visited the Trabzon Industrial Vocational High School, where similar projects about entrepreunership were run.
The group finished the day with a visit of Trabzon.
The second day we visited the Sumela Monestry and had typical regional lunch around there.
The last day after another coordination meeting we visited the main touristic place of Trabzon, such as Hagia Sophia Museum, Gülbahar Hatun Mosque, Atatürk Mansion and Zağnos Valley etc…
